We are looking for a dedicated
Supervisor (m/f/d) who will take on a leadership role at one or more festivals and act as a liaison between customers and employees.

As a Supervisor (m/f/d), you will work with the team in a food truck and also be responsible for coordinating and organizing the festival operations.


Your tasks:


  • Preparation, cooking, and selling of food in a food truck
  • Coordination of employees and customer inquiries
  • Collaboration with other festival staff to ensure all requirements are met
  • Monitoring of festival operations and ensuring a smooth flow
  • Creating reports on festival operations and employee performance

Requirements:


  • Experience in managing and coordinating events or festivals
  • Ability to motivate and lead employees
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to handle customers well
  • Good time management and organizational skills
  • Familiarity with safety and health regulations
  • Flexibility and willingness to work in a fastpaced and demanding environment
