'The youth center at Bügel is an open youth facility according to §§ 11, 13 SGB VIII for young people between the ages of 12 and 21 in the northern part of Frankfurt. Visitors can freely spend their time here and take advantage of the diverse offerings of the barrier-free facility.

The spacious outdoor area offers plenty of space for play, sports, and culture. There are many opportunities for young people to shape their time at the youth center themselves. The youth center organizes several major events throughout the year, in which regular visitors can participate voluntarily. The focus/specialties of the facility are hip-hop culture (e.g.

large open space for graffiti) and the outdoor area with the opportunity to engage in a variety of sports (sports field with its own course and calisthenics).

We are currently seeking qualified pedagogical professionals (B.A., M.A., Diploma) to join our team in full-time positions.

Your responsibilities include:

Pedagogical work in the field of open children and youth work
Building relationships with young people
Focus on girls* work
Designing group and individual activities on specific topics and in different pedagogical fields (e.g. adventure, media, or theater pedagogy)
Being a professional contact person and providing individual support and advice to young people
Working in an experienced team of social pedagogical professionals
Creating project concepts and preparing reports
Collaboration in crossorganizational
