What do YOU care for? We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Recruiting/Staffing employee to join our Personal Development team at our central administrative office in Saarbrücken, Saarland.

Your responsibilities will include:
working with the Central Applicant Management team, providing guidance and support to our internal clients in successfully filling open positions, creating suitable job postings based on specified requirements and publishing them on appropriate channels, searching, managing, evaluating, and identifying suitable candidates for open positions within the company, communicating with applicants and decision-makers, collaborating closely with our partners, and working independently within the team

Your qualifications should include:
a completed commercial education, ideally with a focus on personnel, such as a Personnel Specialist or a relevant degree, ideally with some experience in personnel recruiting, acquisition, or procurement, strong IT skills and experience with database-based recruiting tools, proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office/Outlook/Teams, and a willingness to expand your responsibilities
