Responsibilities:

  • Repairs and maintenance work (painting, carpentry, metalwork, etc.)
  • Regular cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Monitoring and maintenance of technical systems and facilities
  • Coordination of repairs and maintenance work with external service providers
  • Point of contact for guests for technical issues and assistance in resolving them

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a caretaker in a hostel or hotel is preferred, but not required
  • Knowledge in painting and metalwork
  • Ability to perform minor repairs independently
  • Willingness to work under pressure during peak season and sometimes with high stress levels
  • Availability to work weekend shifts and have weekdays off
  • Good communication skills to effectively communicate with the team (German & English)
