We are currently seeking a Customer Service Agent (m/f/d) at our location in Pojoaque, NM.

Full-time or part-time
***LOGOSYS Logistik GmbH is a logistics service provider for the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. We handle tasks along the entire logistics chain from the place of production to the end customer.


What to expect in your new role:

  • Processing of all incoming customer calls
  • Handling of complaints in close coordination with production
  • Proactive communication with our customer, a wellknown company in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Telesales as needed or required
  • Participation in telephone trainings and product trainings, as well as company events
  • Order acceptance and order entry in the EDI system
  • If necessary, followup of already entered orders in the EDI system
  • Maintenance of customer, product, recipient, and shipping master data in the system
  • Inventory control and proactive reporting to the customer
  • Creation of credit notes/cancellation invoices
  • Order processing
  • Close coordination with the team leader and key account manager, and proactive communication with these positions

What we expect from you:


  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Good knowledge of logistics and/or pharmaceuticals based on education or relevant work experience
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Windows operating systems
  • Teamwork skills
  • Resilience, flexibility, and commitment
  • Proactive and independent action
