About 18 million people in Germany possess or are entitled to occupational pension plans (bAV).

At Allianz Pension Consult GmbH, we are passionate about supporting large companies with the analysis, design, and implementation of their bAV to ensure their future security.

In addition to accounting, tax, and labor law considerations, we also incorporate insights from our actuarial analyses. During your time with us, you will get a behind-the-scenes look at these exciting tasks. We are looking for individuals who fit in with our small, creative, and unconventional thinking team.

We need you Your tasks will include working closely with our consultants to develop individual customer solutions, assisting with the structuring of tailored product solutions in the field of occupational pension plans, monitoring and evaluating capital market developments and their impact on the investment portfolio, and participating in contract creation.

You will also be responsible for analyzing insurance mathematical pension obligations, creating customer presentations, and bringing new ideas to the table.

We are looking for someone who has excelled in a business, legal, mathematical, or similar degree program and is seeking a practical challenge.

You should be reliable, committed, and proactive.

Your analytical skills and quick grasp of complex concepts will allow you to understand even the most complicated situations in a short amount of time.

You should also be familiar with MS-Office (especially Excel
