RECEPTION AND EVENT STAFF (M/F/D) FULL TIME
Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Warmly welcoming and caring for all employees and visitors of the building.
- Managing lounges.
- Organizing and planning team events.
- Independently managing and organizing the reception area.
- Handling orders and catering.
- Operating the telephone switchboard.
- Providing support for conference rooms.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Teamwork and flexibility.
- A passion for interacting with people.
- Completed vocational training, preferably in the hotel industry or related service sectors.
- A willingness to learn and create innovative solutions.
