To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Head of Housekeeping (m/f/d) from in Sequatchie, TN.

Your responsibilities:
You will be responsible for managing the Housekeeping department (e.g.

creating schedules, selecting new employees, vocational training, personnel training) and leading the team (cleaning techniques, hygiene, accident prevention, coordination of external service providers).

You will also be in charge of procuring work materials, organizing laundry care, and managing inventory in the housekeeping area.

Regular inspections of guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public areas will also be part of your duties.

You will be part of the extended management team and work closely with other department heads and the management team.


Your profile:

  • Completed 3year vocational training in Hotel Management (m/f/d), Housekeeping (m/f/d), or equivalent
  • Several years of professional experience and (initial) leadership experience
  • Independent and structured way of working and organizational skills
  • Confident and friendly demeanor
  • High level of resilience, flexibility, and commitment
  • Team player in a leadership role
  • Willingness to work weekends
