The North Berlin Work Community gGmbH (nbw) has been a versatile service provider from Berlin since 1992. As part of vocational rehabilitation, we offer numerous individual opportunities for participation in work and social integration. At our organization, people with disabilities can find places in the vocational training sector (BBB), diverse jobs in White City and outside of the workshop, and positions in the employment and support sector (BFB).

Our range of services is primarily aimed at clients from industry, crafts, trade, and administration, but we are also happy to serve private customers. Our employees demonstrate daily that they are flexible and can provide economic services in high quality and quantity.

With currently over 170 employees and approximately 650 people with disabilities, we have been part of the Lebenshilfe Berlin corporate network since 2024 and are one of the larger providers in Berlin.

We are currently looking for a professionally and personally convincing individual as a Head of Department (m/f/d) Social Services WfbM for our locations in Berlin, starting as soon as possible.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a current workload of 39 hours per week (part-time possible upon request).
