Vivantes Forum für Senioren GmbH is a subsidiary of Vivantes Netzwerk für Gesundheit GmbH and operates 18 Hauptstadtpflegehäuser (main city care homes) in Berlin with a total of 2,362 full-time nursing places.


Your tasks:


Ensuring additional care and activation services for our residents with special care needs - Support in offering and establishing new additional care services - Additional activation offers for daily and/or nighttime structure for consistency in time and space for those being cared for - Participation in implementing existing therapeutic offers, e.g.

art, occupational, or music therapy - Supporting residents in everyday activities to improve their quality of life - Taking on spontaneous nursing tasks when needed - Support in biographical work and guidance in independent conversation - Written documentation of provided services - Shift work and, if necessary, night shifts


We expect:

Completed qualification as a care assistant according to § 43b SGB XI (Social Security Code) or
