Your tasks:

  • Setting up Arburg injection molding machines and blister machines at our plant in Atlanta, USA, after training at our plant in Geisingen.
  • Expected relocation to the USA at the end of 2023 or beginning of 2024
  • Setting up and operating handling equipment
  • Collaboration with adjacent departments and plants in Geisingen
  • Training machine operators in accordance with safety regulations
  • Maintenance and cleaning of tools and injection molding machines
  • Sampling of new tools
  • Responsible for timely and high-quality completion of assigned tasks
  • Planning and execution of setup processes and process changes
  • Troubleshooting of machine and equipment malfunctions
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization
  • Monitoring and adjusting processes and parameters in close coordination with the plant in Geisingen.

Your profile:

  • Completed vocational training as a process mechanic specializing in plastics/rubber or a comparable technical vocational training, or equivalent qualifications acquired through several years of professional experience
  • Thorough and careful work ethic
  • Willingness to work shifts (early and late shifts if necessary)
  • Dedication, initiative, assertiveness, and resilience
