Supporting the team in day-to-day operations, such as recording working hours and implementing personnel-related measures
Taking disciplinary leadership of the small HR service team at our two locations in Lindau and Biberach
Professional responsibility for all processes and procedures in the HR service area
Promoting efficiency and quality in the HR service area through continuous improvement, standardization, and digitalization

Bringing your strengths:
Your Qualifications

Commercial vocational training with completed further education in the field of personnel
Professional experience in administrative personnel work and support
First leadership experience
Team player with strong empathy
Structured, results-oriented, and independent way of working
High IT affinity and interconnected thinking
Negotiable German and English
