What can you expect?

  • Customer support: You are the first point of contact for our clients for technical or professional questions. Using the JIRA service desk, you process inquiries, offer solutions, and support our clients in making their agency processes more efficient.
  • Problem management: In collaboration with your team, you identify and classify problems precisely. You analyze the software's behavior and independently develop strategies for problem solving.
  • Teamwork: As an active member of the Customer Experience Tribe, you work closely with the product, implementation, and existing customer teams to continuously improve customer loyalty and satisfaction.

What should you bring?

  • Expertise: You have completed a degree in (business) informatics or a similar education. You have extensive IT knowledge, including experience
