Paper technologists are experts when it comes to paper production. The training takes place at the Palm paper mill in Aalen-Neukochen.


Your training:

  • You will complete your 3year training at our factory in Aalen-Neukochen.
  • You will attend block classes at the papermaker school in Gernsbach.
  • You will be gradually introduced to operating our complex paper machine.
  • You will be involved in troubleshooting in the paper production process.

Your profile:

  • At least a good secondary school diploma
  • Good grades in mathematics and the natural sciences
  • Technical understanding as well as independence and responsibility
  • Teamwork and commitment
