Nuva Smile is looking for an HR/Payroll AssistantResponsibilities:
- Assisting the HR department in various administrative tasks
- Assist with employee onboarding, and benefit administration and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support payroll administration by correcting timecards, tracking leave balances, and resolving payroll discrepancies.
Qualifications:
- Paylocity experience preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR/Payroll Assistant or a relevant role
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite/ Google Sheets
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Other duties as assigned.
