Nuva Smile is looking for an HR/Payroll Assistant


Responsibilities:


  • Assisting the HR department in various administrative tasks
  • Assist with employee onboarding, and benefit administration and offboarding processes.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support payroll administration by correcting timecards, tracking leave balances, and resolving payroll discrepancies.

Qualifications:


  • Paylocity experience preferred.
  • Proven experience as an HR/Payroll Assistant or a relevant role
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite/ Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Other duties as assigned.
