  • Description of Responsibilities_: _Great customer service skills_. Primary responsibilities include assisting in the daytoday operation of a Goodwill Community Resource Center including greeting clients, intake and data entry. Assist in recruitment; provide intake services to assess wraparound service needs; maintain a list of referral agencies to address consumer and family needs; maintain accurate documentation and required record keeping in for assigned consumers consistent with agency, contractual arrangements and CARF Standards. Delivers digital training services and proctors assessments and certifications, as applicable.
  • Required Experience:_ Assist in recruitment; provide intake services to assess wraparound service needs; maintain a list of referral agencies to address consumer and family needs; maintain accurate documentation and required record keeping in for assigned consumers consistent with agency, contractual arrangements and CARF Standards. Delivers digital training services and proctors assessments and certifications, as applicable.
  • Required skills:_ Knowledge of training and community based employment programs. Able to type 3550 WPM; Outlook, Word and Excel and internet experience; active listening and conflict resolution techniques; maintain effective working relationships with consumers, their families, and other community based agencies. Accurate consumer and case management notations. Ability to speak correct English utilizing effective communication skills.
