Construction Manager / Estimator (m/f/d)


Your responsibilities (Estimator):

  • Independent estimation of construction services in demolition and excavation
  • Preparation of tenders and awarding of contracts, as well as subcontractor services
  • Construction site documentation

Your responsibilities (Construction Manager):

  • Work preparation
  • Independent project management
  • Coordination of subcontractors
  • Cost control

Your profile:

  • Completed degree in engineering or a related field
  • Relevant work experience preferred
  • Independent work ethic and high level of commitment
  • Strong team and communication skills
