Your tasks:

  • Analyzing and resolving problems and disruptions in 2nd and 3rd level support
  • Planning, controlling, and coordinating our three outsourced data centers
  • Configuring and administering Windows Server, SQL Server, Internet Information Server, and SharePoint
  • Coordinating and implementing product rollouts
  • Continuously monitoring processes and operations (IT monitoring) in our system environments to ensure smooth operation
  • Developing and optimizing processes in IT operations
  • Maintaining system documentation and operation manuals
  • Participating in external audits (revision, auditors, providers)

Your profile:

  • Completed training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification, or a Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, business administration, or physics
  • Alternatively, at least 3 years of professional experience in operating software and IT applications
  • Broad understanding of IT and analytical approach
  • Ideally, knowledge of ITIL processes and tools, IT architectures, monitoring, or IT infrastructure
  • Customeroriented thinking and acting
  • Independent and goaloriented way of working
  • Enjoyment of working in a team
  • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
