Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative (m/f) for life insurance benefits, you will provide information to customers and other authorized individuals via phone and in writing regarding all benefit inquiries related to life and pension insurance.
You will independently handle tasks within the private and company pension insurance sector.
This includes handling death/accidental death cases, disability insurance benefit cases, and all business transactions related to pension insurance in the payout phase.
In the course of your work, you will be responsible for:
Legally reviewing benefit cases, including clarifying and, if necessary, processing third-party rights and beneficiary rights, determining the recipient of benefits, and verifying the requirements for disability benefits, taking into account medical and legal aspects.
Paying out benefits within your scope of authority, including carrying out technical decisions.
Manually processing and performing complex calculations for contract changes during the payout phase.
