The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve technical issues for our customers. You will act as a liaison between the customer and other internal teams, utilizing your expertise in complex networking environments.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customer/partner issues and ensure resolution
  • Log and track issues, questions, defects, and enhancement requests using PTC's case and SPR management tools
  • Research, diagnose, and troubleshoot customer/partner issues related to installation, configuration, operation, and best practices of PTC ALM solutions
  • Demonstrate accountability in solving technical problems in complex environments
