Training Profile

As part of your training at the Customer Dialogue Center, you will support and advise customers over the phone. You will also gain knowledge in digital sales and other areas of the bank. In our modern office spaces, you will be the first point of contact for handling customer inquiries in a service-oriented manner.

Through various stages of your training, you will gain a comprehensive insight into the banking business. In-house seminars and trainings will also teach you how to use your voice to evoke emotions in a personal conversation.

The Team
