The Lebenshilfe Erlangen-Höchstadt offers individual support for people with intellectual disabilities in all aspects of life. In the area of housing for adults with intellectual impairments, the focus is on therapeutic support and assistance with self-determined participation. We treat every person with respect and our work is characterized by individuality.

We are currently seeking a qualified professional (m/f/d) for our residential facility "Wohnen Einsteinstraße" at the earliest possible date.

Position: Group Service Specialist (m/f/d)

Qualifications: Heilpädagoge (m/f/d), Educator (m/f/d), Geriatric Nurse (m/f/d)

or similar professional groups

with 19.25 hours per week

Your responsibilities:

· Providing therapeutic support in a residential group for people with severe disabilities

· Providing care and assistance

· Creating and implementing individual support plans, documentation, and reporting

· Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team

Your profile:

· Completed training in one of the above-mentioned professional groups
