For an outstanding client in northern Bavaria, we are currently seeking a senior physician (m/f/d) for vascular surgery to start as soon as possible.

The academic teaching hospital has approximately 500 beds. The vascular surgery department performs all open procedures on the supra-aortic branches, abdominal aorta, and lower extremities. With the nephrology department located on site, shunt surgery is also a major focus. The department is currently in the process of certification as a vascular center.

The hospital is located in the northern region of Bavaria. Your new workplace is surrounded by green landscapes and offers an ideal balance to city life. The well-known festival city of Bayreuth is also nearby.

Your responsibilities - challenging and diverse

  • Treating patients on an inpatient and surgical basis
  • Performing all standard open and endovascular procedures
  • Assisting in the management of the department and ward
  • Participating in on-call duty
  • Collaborating with other departments

Your profile - professional and personal

  • Specialist title in vascular surgery or surgery with a focus on vascular surgery
  • Solid knowledge of surgical and endov
