As our Customer and Contract Manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for creating contracts related to service provision for network connections and public utility networks.

Engineer / Technician / Master (m/f/d) Electrical Engineering Job ID YOUR TASKS You advise our customers from registration to contract processing for connection requests, initially for the electricity sector or for generation systems (e.g.

PV, mini

PV, CHP, etc.)

. You collect, supplement, and compile project-specific application documents for connection, relocation, removal, co-location, or cooperation requests from third parties. You coordinate the timely contributions in consultation with other involved departments. You process customer inquiries, device connection approvals, complaints, and objections.

You are responsible for the electronic registration and monitoring of process-oriented procedures such as deadlines, bank guarantees, easements, billing, payments, and construction orders.

YOUR STRENGTHS You have a degree (bachelor's) in electrical engineering or have completed a master's/techn
