To strengthen our team, we are looking for a
Regional Quality Officer (m/f/d) for our North region (Lower Saxony & Hamburg) at the earliest possible date.


Your main tasks include:

  • Intensive professional advice and support for the nursing facilities regarding structural, process, and outcome quality
  • Conducting training measures and quality circles in our nursing facilities
  • Management of nursing key figures
  • Reporting on the development status of the facilities and the effectiveness of the quality management system
  • Planning, implementation, and evaluation of internal audits with the initiation of appropriate measures
  • Accompaniment and preparation for external quality inspections
