We are part of the TÜV AUSTRIA Group and serve as the internal competence center for software development and auditing questions.

We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time team leader for our Development unit.

Responsibilities:

As Head of Dev, you will lead and coach your team
Together with the existing team, you will expand the service portfolio for our internal and external clients
You will act as the interface between our clients and developers in collaboration with our sales team
As an excellent communicator, you understand the needs of your Dev team and work closely with other internal service areas to continuously improve processes
Your motivating nature allows you to continuously develop your team
You will be responsible for budget monitoring and resource allocation within your unit
You enjoy working with modern technology and actively participate in development projects
You are willing to occasionally conduct source code audits

You have previous experience working with development teams as a project manager, team leader, or product owner
