Responsibilities:

  • Telephone support for a longstanding customer base in the electrical wholesale and electrical trade
  • Technical advice and training for customers on product specifications
  • Telephone assistance with the installation of VILLA video door intercom systems
  • Support in analyzing malfunctions and providing assistance in troubleshooting over the phone or in web meetings
  • Product training onsite with customers and online

Qualifications:

  • Completed training as an electrical master, electrical technician, electrician/electronics technician, or completed commercial training and experience in technical sales of electrical products
  • Strong communication skills with creative problemsolving abilities

Desirable:


  • Experience in technical sales, preferably in the electrical industry
