As this role not only involves detailed insights into our clients' internal processes, but also into the personal and professional lives of the employees we support, utmost discretion and reliability are essential.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities:

Support and advise German and international employees and their families during their job-related relocation

Initiate customer satisfaction surveys

Constantly expand our network and maintain relationships with global service providers, foreign representations, and partners

Identify and pursue new opportunities for immigration and relocation services

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Successfully completed university degree with relevance to human resources or intercultural communication, or a comparable qualification

Ideally, previous internships in operational HR, preferably in the field of international employee relocation

Strong team player with a high level of initiative and independence

Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional language skills are advantageous but not required

High social and communication skills

International experience is preferred

Excellent computer skills

Valid driver's license and driving experience
