Description

The district administration of Helmstedt is a diverse local employer with over 700 employees. It carries out demanding tasks in the areas of work and social affairs, public order and consumer protection, environment, construction and planning, health and education, and serves as a service provider for the local citizens.

The employment will take place as soon as possible within the framework of a fixed-term employment contract for the duration of the absence of the current job holders, but at least for one year, according to the regulations of the TVöD-SuE.

Your main areas of responsibility:

  • Acceptance, processing, decision-making and payment of passive benefits according to the Social Code Book II (SGB II)
  • Examination of subsidiary claims
  • Assertion of reimbursement and replacement claims
  • Consultation on passive benefits according to the SGB II
  • Inventory work (e.g. statements in appeal proceedings)
  • Cooperation with third parties
