Description

The Espan Clinic is a rehabilitation specialist clinic with 200 beds. We have almost 50 years of expertise in treating patients with pulmonary and oncological conditions. An expansion of our services to include behavioral rehabilitation has been successfully implemented.
The clinic is located in a scenic area on the edge of the Black Forest and has excellent infrastructure with proximity to Lake Constance, Switzerland, and the Stuttgart metropolitan region. The specialist clinic in the climatic health resort of Bad Dürrheim in the Black Forest-Baar district has been awarded TOP Rehabilitation Clinic 2023 in the field of lung and oncology by Focus Health.

Your responsibilities

Managing and organizing our central nursing base
Leading and scheduling staff
Ensuring high quality care in compliance with legal requirements
Comprehensive care for our pulmonary, psychosomatic, and oncological patients
Point of contact for all nursing and medical concerns
Providing advice, guidance, and support to our rehabilitation patients

Your qualifications

Completed training as a health and nursing professional or geriatric nurse
Experience as a nursing director
Social and communication skills, empathy, and interest in continuous improvement of nursing quality
Willingness to work in a rotating early and late shift
