Your responsibilities:

As an HR manager, you will be responsible for taking care of our employees in Lima, MT.

You will be the first point of contact for any questions or concerns, always ready to help and with an open ear.


Your tasks will include:

  • Maintaining employee data
  • Conducting onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Creating employment contracts and references
  • Conducting employee meetings
  • Organizing and conducting company training sessions

Your profile:


  • You have excellent German and good English skills
  • Reliability, attention to detail, teamwork, and creativity are some of your strengths
  • You prioritize people and value both teamwork and independent work
  • You are quick to learn new systems and have a high level of comprehension
  • You have a good understanding of payroll accounting (including temporary employment)
