Responsibilities

Studying at the Dual University is characterized by a combination of theory and practice. Each semester consists of a three-month theory part and a three-month practical part. In total, you will study for six semesters.

We collaborate with the Dual University in Villingen-Schwenningen for this degree program.

You will learn how to successfully advise and support AOK insured persons and their families in special situations,
to create support plans together with our clients and to accompany and assist in their implementation,
to provide support in initiating measures for medical, vocational and social rehabilitation,
to organize support for sick and disabled people based on psychosocial aspects,
to activate the social environment and self-help potentials of sick and care-dependent people,
to utilize the networking of support systems.

Qualifications

You have a general higher education entrance qualification or a technical college entrance qualification in combination with a study aptitude certificate from the Dual University,
you enjoy working in a team and with people,
you show great commitment,
you are resilient and communicative,
you demonstrate enthusiasm, service orientation and willingness to travel,
you have a high level of performance and willingness to learn.
