We - Metzgerei Gehring - are a family-owned artisanal company founded in 1996, with our own slaughterhouse, production, changing lunch menu, and extensive catering services.

Regional quality, short transportation routes, and respectful treatment of animals are our main focus. That is why we source our animals from nearby farms in neighboring villages.

In our production building in Hilgartshausen, we process and refine our high-quality meat and turn it into delicious sausages, following the latest EU standards, on a production area of 350m2.

Responsibilities:
As a production employee (m/f/d), you will be part of our regional value chain.

Our dedicated team is excited to welcome you as another team player in the areas of butchering, production, or packaging.

Your tasks will include assisting in sausage production, packaging of meat and sausage products, and cleaning the production facilities. Together with you, we will determine your specific tasks.

Qualifications:

You have a passion for and interest in meat as a food product.
You are physically fit.
You enjoy working in a team to achieve a common goal.
You can communicate effectively in German or English.
