We are currently looking for a colleague to join and support our team at Noxapater. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, specifically in phases 6-8 according to HOAI, in the fields of architecture or civil engineering. You should be an architect, civil engineer, bachelor or master (m/f/d).

Noxapater is an architectural firm based in Lüneburg, specializing in the renovation, conversion, and expansion of existing and listed buildings. New constructions are primarily done using timber frame construction. Our goal is to work locally and with sustainable building materials to improve the energy efficiency of buildings.

Our projects are mainly located in the city and district of Lüneburg.

Requirements:

At least 5 years of relevant work experience in two of the above-mentioned phases, with a willingness to learn additional phases.
Ability to take on project responsibility.
Team spirit.
Structured and independent work style.
Confident communication skills.
Determination and perseverance.
Experience in project management and working with existing buildings.
