In June 2017, we opened the Küstenperle, the new 4-star hotel in Büsum, with 93 rooms and suites, four event rooms for up to 250 people, the restaurant "Deichperle", the bar "Schneiders", as well as a spa and wellness area with four treatment rooms, a swimming pool, three saunas, and a fitness and exercise room. Located directly at the family lagoon in the Perlebucht.

Your responsibilities:

  • Preparation and set-up for the breakfast buffet - working hours starting at approximately 5:45 am or 7:00 am - depending on shift start time
  • Preparation of food in the kitchen, cutting vegetables, etc.
  • Independent and proper washing of dishes, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen utensils
  • Sorting, storage, and provision of service and kitchen materials and equipment
  • Proper waste separation and disposal of food leftovers
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the back area: cleaning and maintenance of the dishwashing area, kitchen, refrigerators, and individual storage areas
