The Märkische Gesundheitsholding GmbH & Co. KG is a healthcare company under the municipal ownership of the Märkischer Kreis. The holding employs approximately 3,800 employees and is responsible for a significant part of the healthcare provision in the Märkischer Kreis, including two hospitals, a medical center, an outpatient rehabilitation clinic with five locations, three senior centers, and two dialysis facilities. The holding also includes a hospice, WIDI-Wirtschaftsdienste Hellersen GmbH, and Märkische Catering GmbH.

Your responsibilities include:

Responsible management of the central warehouse and internal supply processes (material planning, control, and potential involvement in operational warehouse activities such as receiving, booking, picking, supply assistance, etc.)
Coordination of inhouse module supply and personnel deployment
Continuous optimization of logistical processes and involvement in optimization and digitalization projects
Ensuring timely flow of goods and increasing efficiency and productivity of warehouse organization and processes
Point of contact for all internal and external customers
Management of returns and complaints
Creation of standard evaluations and warehouse key figures (KPIs)
Operational management of inventory in the central warehouse
Professional and disciplinary leadership of warehouse staff and supply assistants

Your qualifications:

Completed degree or vocational training in warehouse logistics or a commercial or industrial apprenticeship (warehouse logistics, materials management) with several years of experience in a management position in warehousing
Experience in
