As a staffing agency, we are looking for a dedicated
Logistics Specialist on behalf of our client in Great Neck Estates, NY.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations in the warehouse and ensuring that goods are delivered on time and in the correct quantity.


Requirements:


  • Good knowledge and understanding of German language
  • Experience with forklifts, forklift license
  • Good numerical understanding, ability to work on a computer and with forklift terminals, storing and retrieving goods
  • Willingness to work in rotating shifts and potentially on Saturdays if needed
  • Varied tasks: operating forklifts, sorting on the ground, working on a computer

Qualifications:


  • Completed training as a logistics specialist or equivalent qualification
  • Previous experience in logistics is an advantage
  • Good knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Precise and structured work style
  • Reliability and ability to work well in a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
