What to expect at Rainbow Springs:
As part of an interdisciplinary team, you will provide advice on complex corporate law issues and cross-border M&A transactions.

You will quickly take on the ongoing corporate legal advice and representation for companies of various legal forms, industries, and sizes.

You will also be involved in national and international business transactions within our group or our Marcalliance network.

Your consulting approach includes not only company formation, but also the design of articles of association, succession planning, and employment contracts for managing directors, as well as the preparation and conduct of shareholder meetings.

What you bring:
First relevant practical experience in corporate law, preferably with a focus on transaction consulting (M&A).

Whether as a career starter or with initial professional experience - at least "satisfactory" exam results and very good, fluent English skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication skills.

Solution-oriented approach and independent way of working.
