Desirable Qualifications
Able to work cooperatively with a variety of individuals and organizations.

Must be able to professionally communicate with DWR executive management, colleagues, and internal and external stakeholders.
Must have supervisory and litigation experience.
Experience with the Public Records Act (PRA).
Experience with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
Experience with the California Endangered Species Act (CESA) and the Endangered Species Act (ESA).
Experience in water rights.
Experience with and/or training in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI).
