Job Description

EchoPark Automotive seeks a Sales Consultant, known within our company as Experience Guides, for our prominent store situated in Grand Prairie, Texas. As an Experience Guide, you will be instrumental in curating a memorable guest journey at our establishment. If you are an independent, resilient individual who thrives in a dynamic and enjoyable setting, we are interested in you. Your role will involve guiding guests through the entire vehicle purchasing process, ensuring a seamless experience.

What You'll Do:
- Aid in vehicle selection and the presentation of protection products to enhance the guest experience.
- Offer transparent options for guests to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to guarantee exceptional experiences for all guests, whether they are purchasing a car or not.
- Take pride in your contributions, celebrate achievements with guests, and be a part of a team dedicated to ethical practices.

What We're Looking For:
- Demonstrated experience in consultative sales.
- Background in a retail setting.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic individuals with a strong passion for their work.
- Proficiency in both written and verbal Spanish.
- Commitment to transparency and ethical conduct.
- Willingness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to celebrate small victories.
