For our full-time youth welfare facility, we are looking for

SOCIAL WORKERS / EDUCATORS / SOCIAL PEDAGOGUES / HEALING EDUCATORS / PSYCHOLOGISTS or equivalent (m,w,d)

in full-time and part-time positions


WHO WE ARE


WolkenKratzer is an independent provider of youth welfare services with 40 places for boys and a first reception facility for girls in Bremen-Huchting.

In addition, there is a team for the outpatient care of young people in their own living space. We specialize in pedagogical work with unaccompanied minor refugees.

Through individual relationship work and holistic pedagogical approaches, we support the personal development and strengthen the social skills of each young person.

WolkenKratzer's goal is to accompany the young people on their path to independent living and to facilitate their social integration.


YOUR TASKS AT WOLKENKRATZER:
- accompany young people from the age of 14 with diverse biographies in all their processes of self-reliance (official and medical matters, social contacts, apartment search, school and training questions)
- structure the daily lives of young people and make it lively and responsible
- accompany to help plan meetings
- planning and implementation of leisure activities
- documentation

YOU FIT WITH US IF YOU:

  • have completed training / studies in the social field or equivalent
- enjoy working with young people and have intercultural empathy and assertiveness
