Responsibilities:

Leading projects for heavy maintenance, accident repairs, and modernizations of locomotives
Acting as the main point of contact for customers, as well as managing internal and external suppliers and service providers within the projects
Leading and moderating meetings with customers, assessors, insurance companies, and project team members
Creating project and production documentation, milestone plans, and coordinating work packages
Preparing and submitting offers for additional services and managing their execution
Continuous communication with customers regarding schedules, technical and commercial aspects
Reporting project status and KPIs in collaboration with Project Controlling and ensuring financial results
Identifying and tracking risks and opportunities
Continuously optimizing processes and tools within project execution and complying with current ECM regulations
Authorized to issue operating permits for locomotives after repairs
Complying with and implementing EHS guidelines
Participating in internal and external audits
Actively supporting sales
