MuM (People among People) supports children, adolescents, and adults with disabilities in and around the city and district of Ansbach as a non-profit organization for integration assistance.

Starting in May 2024, we are looking for you to join our team as a support member for our ambulatory assisted living department in Ansbach.

As an employee in ambulatory living, you will support people with intellectual or mental disabilities in successfully managing their daily lives in their own homes.

Your specific tasks will be based on the individual needs of the clients and may include supportive and reflective conversations, assistance with household management, support with leisure activities, and accompanying them to doctor's appointments.

You bring:

  • A completed education as a teacher or social worker
  • Alternatively, a completed education as a social care assistant or social worker
  • Openness towards people with disabilities
  • Empathy, reliability, and teamwork skills
