Sales Support Employee (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:


  • Processing of customer inquiries and project requests
  • Preparation of offers, including clarification of calculation and pricing in coordination with construction, production, and sales
  • Data maintenance in MS Navision: customer master data, item master data, work plan, and bill of materials
  • Creation of price lists and sales figures, preparation for price negotiations
  • Telephone customer support

Your qualifications:


  • Completed commercial training as an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or equivalent
  • Understanding of commercial and technical processes
  • Customer and service orientation, assertiveness, and independent way of working
  • Good MS Office skills (especially Excel) and knowledge of MS Navision is an advantage
