About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Talent Acquisition to join our fast-growing startup and build your own team.
Your Daily Responsibilities:
- Lead fullcycle talent acquisition projects
- Recruit and build highperforming teams in technology, engineering, marketing, founders team, operations, and data
- Build and manage your own team
- Train and coach managers on best practices for hiring and interviewing
- Identify and implement opportunities for improvement
- Track, analyze, and report on recruiting budget and KPIs
- Take initiatives to foster a strong recruiting culture (e.g. employer branding, employee referrals, etc.)
Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of technical recruiting experience in a fastpaced environment
- Experience recruiting and sourcing for various levels and profiles in a similar environment
- Recruiting experience in product, engineering, or analytics
- Fluent in German and English
