We are currently looking for an organized individual to join our team as an Inside Sales / Sales Support / Sales Assistant (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for our existing and potential customers
Proactively manage customer relationships
Prepare and follow up on quotes and efficiently process orders
Independently manage customer orders
Handle phone and written inquiries regarding our products, prices, and delivery terms
Maintain customer data and database
Assist with trade shows
Coordinate appointments and roadshows with the sales team
Work closely with and provide administrative support to the management team
