Pediatric Healthcare Associates is seeking a part-time IT Support Specialist to join our team.We're looking for someone who has excellent interpersonal skills, critical thinking skills, an ability to prioritize and manage time efficiently, is a team player, and has a strong work ethic.
The IT Support Specialist is primarily responsible for providing help desk & technical support across the practice, assist with monitoring, and maintaining computer systems and networks, as well as other duties as assigned.
The part-time position will average about 20 hours per week.
Schedule will include mornings Monday - Friday between 7:30am - 11:30am and may include some occasional weekend and evening obligations as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school degree or equivalent
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work as a team in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work responsibilities
- Previous IT Support Specialist experience required.
- Ability to float between other offices throughout Fairfield County
