- Customer consultation via telephone in German and Danish, or Finnish, or Dutch
- Identification of customer needs
- Individual support and offering of solutions
- Order acceptance and processing
- Handling of complaints
- Maintenance of customer master data
We would be happy if you bring the following with you:
- Language skills: German / Danish / Finnish / Dutch, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in a call center is an advantage
- Proficient in using a computer
- Enjoy working with people
- Good communication skills
