Van Leeuwen Ice Cream is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our talented Supply Chain team.

You will work closely with the founding team of Van Leeuwen Ice Cream as we embark on our next stage of accelerated growth.

This role is ideal for you if you have experience in Logistics / Distribution and can thrive in a fast-paced environment (and loves ice cream)


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enter and fully process all wholesale orders in NetSuite
  • Tender all wholesale orders to 3PL partners
  • Review accuracy of all deliveries within 3PL and wholesale network
  • Own the dispute resolution and OS&D process with key wholesale and 3PL partners
  • Arrange and oversee finished goods shipments from all copacking locations
  • Review all logistics related invoices for accuracy
  • Last Mile retail delivery coordination
  • Provide clear communication to all wholesale and retail stakeholders as necessary
  • Perform adhoc shipment RFQ's
  • Monitor and process all EDI transactions
  • Assist Distribution Manager as necessary with logistics projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Logistics, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Experience a plus
  • Degree in Business or Supply Chain preferred
  • 13 years experience required
  • Experience in microsoft Excel required
  • Experience with NetSuite a plu
