Description

HENSOLDT AG is seeking an "International Compliance Officer (f/m/d)" for our Compliance department at our locations in Oberkochen or Ulm, or for remote work as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:

Conducting due diligence reviews for business partners, with a focus on corruption and money laundering risks
Assessing and managing compliance risks in the designated area
Developing and implementing training and communication measures on compliance topics
Providing legal assessments for compliancerelated contracts
Monitoring and improving the compliance management system, including participation in special projects and internal investigations
Collaborating with other departments and local compliance contacts within the company

Requirements:

Degree in law, economics, or a related field
Several years of experience in compliance, law, finance, or internal audit
Experience working on international projects
Knowledge of relevant legal regulations
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
Strong problemsolving, conflict resolution, and communication skills
Negotiation skills and a confident and convincing demeanor
Fluent in German and English, knowledge of French is a plus
